離合器由動盤總成、離合器壓蓋及蓋總成、分離軸承、飛輪構(gòu)成,一般車輛的離合器的使用壽命為6萬左右。攪拌車大多是手動擋的,手動擋的車輛離合器使用的是多的,攪拌車的離合器壽命短受幾個(gè)方面的影響:

檔位越高,阻力矩就越大,阻力矩和變速箱的傳動是成反比的,變速箱的檔位越高,傳動比越小,阻力矩就越大,那連接發(fā)動機(jī)變速箱的離合器,承受的負(fù)荷也就越大,就會加速離合器片的磨損。
