水泥自動攪拌車為什么會出現(xiàn)粘灌現(xiàn)象?經(jīng)過實踐和分析,我們認為水泥自動攪拌車粘罐原因可以分為兩大類:即設計不合理和使用不當,主要有以下幾種形式:

從攪拌筒的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)看,水泥自動攪拌車的拌筒是依靠回轉(zhuǎn)的筒體帶動其中的兩條螺旋葉片所產(chǎn)生的螺旋運動,使混凝土獲得既有“切向”又有“軸向”的復合運動,從而使攪拌筒具有攪拌和卸料的功能,因此形成這一螺旋運動的有關(guān)因素,諸如螺旋葉片的曲線參數(shù),攪拌筒的幾何形狀和尺寸等對攪拌車的卸料殘余率都有重要影響。
