Cold running in
冷磨合可以分成無(wú)壓縮磨合和壓縮磨合兩個(gè)步驟,無(wú)壓縮冷磨合時(shí),要拆下噴油器;壓縮冷磨合時(shí)則需要裝上噴油器或者控制減壓結(jié)構(gòu)。

冷磨合時(shí),要以外力帶動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),整個(gè)過(guò)程不能有柴油供給,而且要隨時(shí)觀察機(jī)油壓力,檢查氣門室內(nèi)有沒(méi)有潤(rùn)滑油流動(dòng),同時(shí)水溫要控制在40℃,注意各部位有沒(méi)有異常響聲,如果有的話,要立即停機(jī)檢查,排除故障。冷磨合后要放出磨合油,清洗整個(gè)的潤(rùn)滑油管路系統(tǒng)。

向混凝土攪拌車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)油底殼加入足量的清潔磨合油,檢查調(diào)整氣門間隙和供油提前角,排出燃油系統(tǒng)中的空氣,然后啟動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),在冷卻系統(tǒng)水溫達(dá)到40℃以上時(shí),提高發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速,并隨時(shí)注意發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)各缸的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況。

穩(wěn)定發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速,慢慢增加負(fù)荷,持續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)一個(gè)半小時(shí),檢查各部位是否有漏油、漏水、漏氣等現(xiàn)象,水溫、油壓是否正常,攪拌車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)是否有異響或者異常。如果有及時(shí)熄火進(jìn)行排查。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熱磨合完畢后,應(yīng)再次檢查調(diào)整氣門間隙,待發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)溫度降低后,按規(guī)定力矩緊固氣缸蓋螺母。
