混凝土罐車的原理和混凝土攪拌桶一樣,只不過是用車子把攪拌桶拉著走,邊走邊攪拌而已。到了目的地就可以把混凝土放下來!正常情況下罐車?yán)锩娴幕炷潦遣粫Y(jié)的,因為車輛無論是行駛還是停止?fàn)顟B(tài),只要攪罐內(nèi)有混凝土存在,攪罐必須時刻維持低速轉(zhuǎn)動。運輸時滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速每分鐘在4~8轉(zhuǎn)左右。保持轉(zhuǎn)動有幾個好處:只要保證混凝土不離析、?;炷撂?!其次是攪拌功能,使混凝土更均勻!

罐車和普通汽車的不同之處就在于液壓傳動系統(tǒng),因為混凝土罐需要額外動力驅(qū)動旋轉(zhuǎn),這個就是液壓傳動系統(tǒng)的功勞。動力源自變速箱上面的取力器,取力器驅(qū)動液壓油泵,液壓油泵通過分配器(閥組)來驅(qū)動液壓馬達(dá)旋轉(zhuǎn),液壓馬達(dá)通過減速系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動混凝土罐旋轉(zhuǎn)。通過分配器改變液壓油的方向來改變滾筒旋轉(zhuǎn)方向,實現(xiàn)攪拌和放料。
The difference between tank cars and ordinary cars lies in the hydraulic transmission system, because the concrete tank needs additional power to drive the rotation, which is the credit of the hydraulic transmission system. The power comes from the power take-off on the gearbox. The power take-off drives the hydraulic oil pump. The hydraulic oil pump drives the hydraulic motor to rotate through the distributor (valve group), and the hydraulic motor drives the concrete tank to rotate through the deceleration system. The rotation direction of the drum is changed by changing the direction of the hydraulic oil through the distributor to realize mixing and discharging.
雖然旋轉(zhuǎn)可以延長混凝土初凝的時間,但是這個時間也不是可以無限延長的!混凝土罐的轉(zhuǎn)速每分鐘在4-8轉(zhuǎn)的時候混凝土初凝時間可以保持在3-5個小時左右,當(dāng)然和天氣溫度、混凝土配合比有一定的關(guān)系,如果發(fā)生堵車可以適當(dāng)提高轉(zhuǎn)速。天氣溫度過高初凝事件縮短也可以適量補水,但是施工方都有嚴(yán)格規(guī)定:途中禁止加水!會影響混凝土質(zhì)量,降低強度等。
