自上料水泥攪拌車每日工作前都要檢查各潤滑處的油料及電路和控制設(shè)備，并按要求加注潤滑油。但是攪拌機需要潤滑的本地有很多，加潤滑劑的方法和量都不相同，有時候還需要更換新的潤滑劑。

Before the concrete mixer works every day, check the oil, circuit and control equipment at each lubrication point, and fill the lubricating oil as required. However, there are many places where the mixer needs to be lubricated. The method and quantity of adding lubricant are different. Sometimes, a new lubricant needs to be replaced.

2做好清潔工作

自上料水泥攪拌車必須保證自上料水泥攪拌車機體的清潔，機體內(nèi)的污物及障礙物，特別是自上料水泥攪拌車的攪拌葉片或側(cè)葉片與罐內(nèi)壁間的異物。

The concrete mixer must ensure the cleanness of the concrete mixer body and remove the dirt and obstacles in the body, especially the foreign matters between the mixing blade or side blade of the concrete mixer and the inner wall of the tank.

3做好檢查工作

①每日工作前必須檢查傳動離合器和制動器是否靈活可靠，鋼絲繩是否損壞，軌道滑輪是否良好，周圍有無障礙及各部位的潤滑情況等;

① Before daily operation, it is necessary to check whether the transmission clutch and brake are flexible and reliable, whether the steel wire rope is damaged, whether the track pulley is in good condition, whether there are obstacles around and the lubrication of various parts, etc;

②攪拌機必須實施二級漏電保護，上班前電源接通后，必須仔細(xì)檢查，經(jīng)空車試轉(zhuǎn)認(rèn)為合格后，方可使用;

② The mixer must be provided with two-level leakage protection. After the power supply is connected before going to work, it must be checked carefully. It can be used only after it is considered qualified after the idle test run;

③自上料水泥攪拌車每日工作前，在攪拌筒內(nèi)加水空轉(zhuǎn)12秒鐘，同時檢查離合器和制動裝置工作的可靠性。

③ Before the concrete mixer works every day, add water into the mixing drum and idle for 1 to 2 seconds. At the same time, check the reliability of the clutch and brake device.

混凝土工程量大且工期長時，宜選用中型或大型固定式自上料水泥攪拌車或攪拌站。如混凝土工程量小且工期短時，宜選用中小型移動式攪拌機。

When the concrete quantity is large and the construction period is long, medium or large fixed concrete mixer or mixing station should be selected. If the concrete quantity is small and the construction period is short, the medium and small mobile mixer should be selected.

攪拌混凝土為塑性或半塑式時，宜選用自落式攪拌機。它結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，維修方便，相對于強制式來說，攪拌效果稍差些。如攪拌混凝土為高強度、干硬性或為輕質(zhì)混凝土?xí)r，宜選用強制式攪拌機。它結(jié)構(gòu)較為復(fù)雜，維修保養(yǎng)要求高，但攪拌效果好，效率高。

When the mixing concrete is plastic or semi plastic, the self dropping mixer should be selected. It has simple structure and convenient maintenance. Compared with the forced type, the mixing effect is slightly worse. If the mixing concrete is high strength, dry hard or light concrete, the forced mixer should be selected. It has complex structure and high maintenance requirements, but it has good mixing effect and high efficiency.
