這時(shí)候會(huì)有人問(wèn),當(dāng)發(fā)生故障時(shí)不是應(yīng)該先去查看維修水泥攪拌車(chē)的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)呢?因?yàn)槿绻麜r(shí)間去維修發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)而導(dǎo)致攪拌罐里邊的混凝土凝固的話,更起碼要損失一罐的混凝土是必不可少的,嚴(yán)重的情況下可能導(dǎo)致攪拌罐就報(bào)廢了損失就更大了,因此我們應(yīng)該優(yōu)先慮的是如何盡快的把拌筒內(nèi)的混凝土排出,其次才是如何維修發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。

將故障車(chē)的高壓膠管從馬達(dá)上卸下,把救援用的高壓膠管接上,另一端接在救援車(chē)的油泵上,并將應(yīng)急用的回油管一端接在故障車(chē)的馬達(dá)泄油口,回油管另一端接在救援車(chē)的油泵回油口,利用救援車(chē)來(lái)控制故障車(chē)拌筒的旋轉(zhuǎn),將混凝土排出。

我們經(jīng)過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的測(cè)試發(fā)現(xiàn),在生產(chǎn)廠所有工具齊全的情況下,采用第三種方法大約需要1小時(shí),如在工地上時(shí)間可能會(huì)更長(zhǎng),因此建議采用種和第二種方法排出混凝土。
After field test, we found that it takes about 1 hour to use the third method when all the tools in the production plant are complete, and it may take longer on the construction site. Therefore, it is recommended to use the first and second methods to discharge the concrete.
