罐體采用德國(guó)施維英工藝,根據(jù)不同底盤做特殊優(yōu)化,采用專用工裝,保證了罐體傾斜角度小,更低,不易側(cè)翻。減少焊接面積,大大增加了攪拌罐的強(qiáng)度。鋼材采用的等離子切割技術(shù),保證生產(chǎn)效率的同時(shí),減小因熱力而使鋼材產(chǎn)生形變的誤差。
The tank body adopts German schweining process, and is specially optimized according to different chassis. Special tooling is adopted to ensure that the tank body has small inclination angle, lower center of gravity and is not easy to roll over. The welding area is reduced and the strength of the mixing tank is greatly increased. The steel adopts advanced plasma cutting technology to ensure the production efficiency and reduce the deformation error of steel due to heat.
二、攪拌、進(jìn)出料性能優(yōu)越

封頭、筒體、葉片均采用Q345合金鋼制作,耐磨和抗屈服強(qiáng)度好,使用壽命長(zhǎng)。葉片采用雙對(duì)數(shù),阿基米德螺旋線,攪拌性能優(yōu)越,進(jìn)料速度大于2.7立方每分鐘,出料速度大于1.8立方每分鐘,殘余率低。
The head, cylinder and blade are made of Q345 alloy steel, with good wear resistance and yield strength and long service life. The blade adopts double logarithm, Archimedes helix, excellent mixing performance, feeding speed greater than 2.7 cubic per minute, discharging speed greater than 1.8 cubic per minute, low residual rate.
三、副車架抗扭能力強(qiáng)

副車架的縱、橫梁采用16Mn材質(zhì)的矩形管制作,一體成型,無(wú)拼焊,關(guān)鍵受力部位應(yīng)用斜拉結(jié)構(gòu),使車架具有較強(qiáng)的抗扭轉(zhuǎn),抗撕裂能力。副車架與底盤連接結(jié)構(gòu)可靠,減輕上裝部分的扭轉(zhuǎn)對(duì)底盤的影響,從結(jié)構(gòu)上延長(zhǎng)了底盤的使用壽命。

進(jìn)料斗空間大,設(shè)計(jì)角度合理,是進(jìn)料速度加快,不易發(fā)生堵料和溢出現(xiàn)象;溜槽能進(jìn)行180度旋轉(zhuǎn),帶限位裝置,上下左右均可調(diào)整,其上設(shè)有鎖止裝置,在車輛行駛過(guò)程中將其固定鎖緊,以確保行駛可靠。
