實驗室雙行星混合攪拌機設備由減速電機、行星架、攪拌器、刮壁器、料桶、液壓升降系統(tǒng)、液壓擠出系統(tǒng)以及機架等構成。行星架轉動時,帶動箱內的攪拌軸、分散軸(選配)圍繞料桶軸線公轉的同時高速自轉,從而使物料受到強烈的剪切、捏合作用,達到充分分散和混合的目的;在行星架上有一刮壁刀隨行星架轉動,緊貼桶壁不斷的刮拭,桶壁經大車精加工后,再經自動拋光機拋光,以確保行星架上的活動刮刀在旋轉時把桶壁的物料完全刮掉,使桶壁無滯留料,提高混合效果;攪拌完成后通過滑軌移擠出系統(tǒng)完成擠壓出料工序。
